On April 11, the Indiana Supreme Court visited the nearby campus of the University of Indianapolis to hear oral argument in Keller Mellowitz v. Ball State University, Board of Trustees of Ball State University, and State of Indiana. Judicial Appointments Grant County Governor Eric Holcomb appointed Bridget Foust to Grant County Superior Court 2. In addition to being a part-time public defender in Wabash and Grant counties, Foust was previously in private practice handling a variety of cases and served as a prosecutor in Allen and Grant counties. On Wednesday, January 11, 2023, Chief Justice Loretta Rush delivered her ninth State of the Judiciary address to Governor Eric Holcomb and a joint session of the Indiana General Assembly. Spotlight: Self-service Kiosks coming to every county

One hundred fifty kiosks providing Hoosiers access to civil legal self-service at IndianaLegalHelp.org are being installed in sites across the state.
