A New Portal for Law Enforcement: Limited Weapons Disqualification Data Application
Prior to July 1, 2022, a person was required by law to obtain a permit to carry or possess a handgun in Indiana. The Indiana Rules of Court have been published on the courts.in.gov website for more than twenty years in the same format, with the same method of storing and publishing this important content.
