Tippecanoe Circuit Clerk Christa Coffey was named the Clerk of the Year by the Association of the Clerks of the Circuit Courts of Indiana. Whitley Circuit Clerk Debbie Beers presented Coffey with the award during the Annual Clerk’s Conference, June 8 at the Renaissance North Hotel in Carmel. Bob Harkness named 2016 CASA of the Year

The State Office of GAL/CASA and the Indiana Retired Teachers Association (IRTA) began a partnership in 2007 to encourage more retired teachers to become advocates for abused and neglected children.
