Danielle Gaughan, Marion County
Danielle P. Gaughan was appointed to the Marion County Superior Court to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Mark Jones on January 8, 2022. Magistrate Gaughan served as a magistrate in the Family Court Division with the Marion Superior Court and has served as a judicial officer there since 2002. Prior to that she was an attorney and supervisor with the Marion County Public Defender Agency and has also been in private practice. Gaughan received a Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University and her law degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
