Honorable Martha Blood Wentworth, Judge, Indiana Tax Court, was named Tax Judge of the Year by the National Conference of State Tax Judges. The National Conference of State Tax Judges is an association of state tax judges from across the United States, and is a program of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. More than 50 judges and members of tax appeal tribunals representing 22 states attended the annual meeting.
