Judge Wentworth is the immediate past chair of the Indiana Pro Bono Commission serving from 2012-2015. She dedicated herself as chair to understanding and improving delivery of pro bono and civil legal assistance. Included in her nomination is the task force she chaired that created Rule 6.7 requiring reporting of pro bono hours and donations during annual attorney license registration. Judge Wentworth traveled extensively to educate attorneys about the new rule and made the case for support to the ISBA House of Delegates in 2014.
