Indiana Trial Court Fee Manual

The Indiana Supreme Court’s Division of State Court Administration announces a new publication: The Indiana Trial Court Fee Manual.

It is available online at http://courts.in.gov/admin/3110.htm.

This manual lists the most commonly assessed costs and fees for each case type. It is also an alphabetical list of all possible costs/fees assessed by a court or probation department showing:

  1. the amount
  2. when the cost/fee is assessed
  3. how the cost/fee is distributed
  4. citations to the Indiana Code

The Division provides this new manual as an easy to use resource for judges and clerks.
