Workplace Spanish Class Still Available

June 16, 2010

The Supreme Court, Indiana Judicial Center, and Division of State Court Administration continue to partner with Ivy Tech Community College to offer WorkPlace Spanish Classes.  This 24 hour course teaches basic Spanish communication skills to assist staff in working with the Spanish speaking population.  In addition to the classroom experience, the course book and accompanying CD enhances the participants learning and maintenance of these new skills. Since the fall of 2006, nearly 700 court staff and clerks have taken this course.
Information concerning this course and the eligibility criteria can be found at: courts.in.gov/center/spanish-course.  Courses are scheduled directly with the Ivy Tech regional representatives listed on the course web page.

If you have additional questions or need more information, please contact Michelle Goodman at 317-232-1313 or [email protected].
